Payments are handled by Stripe (www.stripe.co.uk) and although we have tried to find a way for users to sign up for the trial without entering payment details, this is something that they require and is out of our control.
All payments are 100% Secure SSL Encrypted, our website is fully compliant with SCA payment regulations and as all payments are handled by Stripe, your card details will never directly touch our servers.
You will also receive an email when your trial subscription is due to expire so that you are able to cancel your subscription if you wish without being charged. You can cancel your subscription via your dashboard on the EventMate website, or by contacting support via email, phone or by raising a support ticket.
