You maintain your right to the standard 14 day cooling off period governed by distance selling regulations - this allows for a refund if we are notified by email to website@event-mate.co.uk that you wish to cancel within 14 days of you activating your listing, however you will be charged for the time you have already used.
Cancellation is not possible after 14 days. You may remove a directory listing at any time (without refund) by logging into your account and clicking "delete account”
