EventMate have no liability for non-payment.
Payment for services provided is arranged and agreed upon by you, as the Event Supplier, and the Client or Event Booker.
Although EventMate are not liable for non-payment, if the Event Booker has broken the agreed terms of your booking, we may make representations on your behalf in certain circumstances.
For assistance in these cases, please contact support by either opening a Support Ticket, or by emailing support@event-mate.co.uk.
If you are a member of a union or relevant society, they can also assist you in recovering non-payments.
