How to start create a new supplier profile


In order to create a supplier profile on EventMate, you will first need to be signed into your account.


Once signed in, there are three ways to create a new profile:


1. On your dashboard, select 'Get Started - Make a Profile'. (This will only be available for your first profile)

2. On your dashboard, click on the 'MyEventMate' icon, then select 'Create Profile'.

3. Click on your account name at the top right of the page, select 'Create Profile'.


Any of these options, will direct you to the profile creation process.


1: Enter the information for this profile


The first stage is to complete all of the details required in the information form.


Please note that fields marked with a '*' are required and you will not be able to proceed without completing these fields.


2: Media


The second stage, is where you can upload media to promote your services. This includes images, video and audio files and each media type has it's own page and uploader.


2.1: Media - Images


In stage 2.1, you can upload images to promote your services, and select and crop a profile cover image.


2.2: Media - Videos


In stage 2.2 you can upload videos to promote your services.

These can be uploaded directly to the EventMate website, or shared as links from Youtube or Vimeo.


2.3: Media - Audio


In stage 2.3, you can upload audio tracks to promote your services.

These can be uploaded directly to the EventMate website, or shared from Soundcloud, either as individual tracks, or as a playlist. 


3: Testimonials


This is where you can add testimonials and reviews to your profile.
This is a good place to add reviews you have received on other platforms.


4: Preview Profile


This is your chance to have a look at your completed EventMate supplier profile and make sure you are happy with everything.


If you would like to make any changes at this stage, you can do this by pressing the back button on your browser.

You can then select from the different stages down the taskbar on the left side on the page.


When you are happy with your completed profile, you can proceed to the final stage and subscribe your profile.


5: Subscribe 


This stage is where you can decide on a subscription plan.

We offer two different plans for you to choose from, each with it's own benefits:


5.1. Agency Plan:


100% free to sign up! 

- Set your own fees! We charge just 15% per booking, which is factored into all quotes. 

- No bookings? No fee! 

- We will manage all bookings from enquiry to confirmation, meaning you can just turn up and do what you do best! 

- Complete control over what potential clients will see with your own customizable listing on the EventMate platform!


If you select an agency subscription, simply hit 'Join' and your profile will be sent to an agency representative to review and publish your profile. You will receive an email once this is published.


5.2. Premium Plan:


0% Commisson - All of the profit you make through the platform, you keep! 

- Subscribe for just £10 per month, which is easily covered with just one booking, and you can cancel at any time! 

- Include external links to your own website and socials! 

- Relevant Requests - Clients only contact suppliers they are genuinely interested in booking! 

- Complete control over what potential clients will see with your own customizable listing on the EventMate platform!


If you select a premium subscription, you will be asked to enter your payment details.

Once entered successfully, your plan will be set up and your profile will be published immediately.
