How to Access our Search page
You can search for Event Suppliers via our Search page which can be accessed via the menu bar at the top of each webpage on the website.
How to use our Search Engine Filters
Our advanced search engine allows you to filter your search to find the perfect supplier for your event. You can use as many of these filters for each search as you like, and the search will update automatically to only include suppliers who match your criteria. The filters currently available are:
- Search by Keyword
This option allows you to search using a certain name or service type. Searches entered using this feature will only show listings that feature your keywords. Simply enter your keywords into the 'Search by Keyword' field.
- Search using your event Location
This option allows you to select the county your event is taking place in. This will filter the search to only include suppliers who are able to travel to this location. This can be done by selecting the relevant county from the 'Where is your event' drop down menu.
- Search by Event Type
This option allows you to select the type of event you are booking for. This will filter the search to only include suppliers who are available to perform at this type of event. This can be done by selecting the relevant event type from the 'What type of event is it?' drop down menu.
- Search using Maximum Budget
This option allows you to enter your maximum budget for the supplier you are looking for. This will filter the search to only include suppliers who's minimum price is below this budget. This can be done by entering your maximum budget into the 'Max Price' field.
- Search using Equipment requirements
This option allows you to filter the search to only include suppliers who are self contained and provide everything they need to complete their service at any event. This can be done by clicking on the 'Does your supplier need to provide their own equipment?' slider.
- Search for Remote / Virtual Services
This option allows you to filter the search to only include suppliers who can offer their service remotely. This can be done by clicking on the 'Remote / Virtual Only?' slider.
How to clear your search filters
You can clear your current selection of filters by clicking on the 'Clear refinements' button at the top of the search page.
How to organise your search results
As well as filters, we also provide the option to sort your search results. The tools to do this are located at the bottom of the search page. Using these tools, you can re-order your search results to show the suppliers with the lowest starting price first (Price (Low to High)), with the highest starting price first (Price (High to Low)) or with the highest overall rating first (Rating (High to Low)). You can also adjust the number of listings you will see on each page of your search results.
How to share your search results
Once you have entered your filters and created a custom search, you can then share this search using the buttons at the top of the search page. You can quickly share this to social media, via email, or you can copy the link to the search to your clipboard, so that you can share it via any other platform, or just save it for later.
