When making an enquiry, an Event Booker will complete a form to provide you with details of their event. This will include contact details, budget, event date, start time, estimated attendance, event type, locations and a message containing anything else you may need to know.
The Event Booker will also specify whether they wish to be contacted via email, phone or either.
EventMate will then send these details to the email address linked to your profile.
If you have opted to receive text alerts, EventMate will send you a text message to inform you that you have received an enquiry.
